More than 100 companies and institutions are participating in the 2017 Employment Exhibition

              Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Prince of the Eastern Region during the period from 23-26 October 2017, more than 100 companies and institutions specializing in training and Governmental organizations.
The most prominent participants are the Human Resources Development Fund (HEDAF), the General Organization for Technical and Technical Education, and the General Authority for Tourism and National Heritage, in addition to a large number of companies and institutions wishing to attract qualified manpower.
The President of the Eastern Chamber Abdulrahman bin Saleh Al Ataishan praised the patronage of His Highness the Prince of the region, stressing his keenness to take care of the Chamber's activities, and all that would develop the mechanism of work in the private sector and provide suitable job opportunities for qualified Saudi youth.
The exhibition, which will be held in Dhahran Expo, will be an important event for exhibiting thousands of private sector opportunities, and the opportunity will be available to institutions to offer their services and support offerings to improve the local human element.
Al Ataishan expressed great optimism about the success of the exhibition in its fifth edition in a row, based on a number of data, most notably the achievements of last year. The exhibition witnessed the participation of more than 100 companies, institutions and centers. More than 5,000 jobs were displayed. 20 thousand visitors from work students and those interested in issues of settlement of human resources, expecting to see the current version exceeded this level of achievement and success achieved last year, for what the project "Saudization" of importance at the level of the country in general, especially that this project has Taking additional dimensions due to the significant increase In the demand for national competencies, especially in the private sector.
For his part, Secretary General of the Chamber Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al Wabel said that the importance of the exhibition is shown in three main aspects. The first is in the companies, which may face some difficulties in attracting the national workforce, as they will find their participation in this exhibition. The most important means to obtain qualified national cadres, especially that the exhibition has gained in the past four years a good reputation among the Saudi youth, given the credibility that characterized the companies and exhibitors.
The second is qualified youth with scientific and practical skills. The exhibition provides them with several options for applying these skills and applying them within appropriate work ranges. The third party that is important to this exhibition is the Secretary General of Asharqia Chamber in the intermediate institutions that set training and education qualifications and coordination of the relationship between the work and the job seeker, to provide through the exhibition all its services, the result is to achieve communication between the three parties, reflected on the position of the local labor market, which is larger and improving.
